The following files are included:
Circum.exe    The executable file.  Run under DOS or under the DOS prompt in Windows.
Gfm3ec.dat    The data file described in the "Notes on usage" (Usage.pdf)
Gfm3ec.out    The output file annotated in Usage.pdf
Revcirc.dat   A data file used in B92
Revcirc.out   The corresponding output file
Usage.pdf     PDF file containing "Notes on usage"

The .dat and .out files are text files.

The Usage.pdf file may be printed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader which 
may be downloaded free of charge from 
				http://www.adobe.com
